IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Grandma's Unique Gift Shop ships in 1-4 business days. Please add an extra 2-3 business days during all major holiday's.  Items will be shipped via  USPS or UPS . You will receive an email confirming your order upon checkout and the status of the order will be updated when the items are shipped and then again when they are delivered.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

We guarantee that all of our products will be free from defect and will be as pictured and described in our store. If you receive a product that does not meet our guarantee, contact us immediately and we will solve the issue ASAP.

RETURNS OF DAMAGED ITEMS

If the item is defective then we will gladly replace or refund the item. All damaged goods, and defects are to be reported to us within five (5) business days after your shipment was received.  You will have to email us a picture of the damaged item. Any defect that occurred after the product has been used is not returnable.

REFUSED OR UNWANTED ITEMS

Should you wish to return an item to our inventory, there will be a 20% restocking fee. (This fee does not apply to damaged or defective items)  If you have paid for expedited shipping these cost will not be refunded. 

APO DELIVERIES

Shipping to APO Addresses are the same as the international deliveries below except for the following:

The address has to be formated like the example below:

CMR 345, Box 12334 would be in the address section

APO would be in the City Section.  In the State or Province you would put one of the following AA, AE or AP.  Under Country please select the country the person is in.

AA- Armed Forces Americas

AE- Armed Forces Europe    AP - Armed Forces Pacific

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Grandma's Unique Gift Shop ships in 1-4 business days. Please add an extra 2-3 business days during all major holiday's.   Shipping calculations are performed in real time based on the destination address and the items ordered. During checkout the shipping total will be displayed prior to payment and will be revised each time you change the cart contents. Items will be shipped via USPS International Priority Mail.  You will receive an email confirming your order upon checkout. Orders are delivered within 6-10 business days after shipment except during Major Holidays. Please add an additional 1-2 weeks over and above our normal delivery days.
